FB is great for lots of visitors quickly but with higher bounce rates.
TW is also good for longer-term. Get a plugin that will Tweet out your best articles on a regular basis - not just when published (IFTTT won't do that)
And buying traffic via solo ads is also a good way to bring in eyeballs.
Forums to REAL content is also a good bet.

The paid method let you get traffic faster.

Getting traffic to your website is quite easy. you can try the free method by adding quality content to your blog. Butb if you want to build traffic so fast you can use fiverr and try to buy quality backlink over there. Just google backlink or social backling and buy those gigs and enjoy

That's quite true. Blogging is one of the method to bring in traffic. It will takes time but at least it is long term traffic.
But i feel purchase traffic from fiverr is risky because most traffic from fiverr are mostly bots.

But once in a while you still can find some good seller that sell real traffic. Just have to search and try them out to see which seller is good.
