Please recommend for tier 1 link building software

Tier 1, no software, do it by hand. Rest of tiers, GSA or Senuke.
yes..this is the best ever method for any type or versions of google update
Can you recommend some good gsa's setting for tier1?

If you are looking at ranking a site for the long term, then do not use any software. Over time the search engines will get better and penalize all automated links.
The only time to use automated software is if you are looking at ranking in the short term and are building churn-n-burn websites.

You should first come up with your T1 strategy which you want to accomplish, software will only help you do it faster and most importantly knowing how to use the software, otherwise most software's such as Senuke, GSA Magic Submiter etc can do the work, it all comes down to your strategy

It depends on how much you are investing in your money site and what its potential is. If you're going for the long term I would suggest what others have suggested:
- Build your T1 by hand
- Use unique non-spun content, quality images, etc.
- Be careful with your inbound and outbound linking
If you're trying to rank, bank and tank or "churn and burn" with your money site, or if it's hosted on a parasite that could be shut down, I would suggest using ZSubmitter to make fresh Web 2.0s for your T1 and just hammer any of those that stick with GSA SER or some other high-volume automated link building.

Only problem is that if you use the same old tired web2.0's that senuke uses even having a good article, and pics won't matter. I'm skeptical at web2.0's in general now.

Do you use GSA for your sites as either t2 or T1? I found that this software isn't any good.
