I want to start a new blog. I have a question about blogging. Can i use content spinner or re writer for my new blog? I want to use adsense ads on my blog. I want to make a unique blog.

Content spinning has it's place but it's certainly not on your "money site", in my opinion.

For tier 2 and 3 backlinks, sure go ahead.

Both content spinning and rewriting are not recommended. You need to write articles from scratch or you hire a writer to write articles for your blog. So content of your blog will be unique 100%.
