Question - Auto-tweet based on keyword/hashtag

I am looking to send automated tweets to anyone who tweets a specific keyword or hashtag.

For instance, whenever someone tweets a message w/ the word "coffee," I would like to send a reply to that tweet with a pre-written message.

Are you aware of any tools/services that allow for this?

I believe there are several Yahoo Pipes that can do this. Go steady though, it's an easy way to get banned from Twitter!
