I am doing SEO for a dental site named marquettedentistry . every thing is doing in free.Should I need paid SEO,or I can get rank for organic SEO( free SEO)please suggest me.

Thank you for your replay.I just want to know that for successful SEO result if I need paid SEO as like for dirrectory submission or classified adds etc.Now I am doing the task manually in free option.Please suggest me.

I feel that you're trying to rank locally so it's good to set up a G+ for business and optimize it for your local keyword. Review sites too such as Yelp and Yellow Pages should help You should also list your site on local directories,etc. If you're truly going white hat, ask for/buy guest blogs on local bloggers. I'm not the expert on local SEO since I rank amazon niche sites, but this should point you in the right direction.

Then there's always the option of paying someone to do the job for you. Just check out the Marketplace.

In my opinion you should try to learn about SEO , then try with first steps and try to do your own seo work out for your money sites,
