Hello everyone, it's time for another update. I appreciate everyone's patience with me while I have been on vacation. So let's go ahead and get started.
Over the past few days, I have been receiving a rather large amount of organic traffic for a website that is barely two weeks old, so I started to realize something was up. I did some digging, and come to find out, I am not receiving as much traffic as I thought. There were several issues (of which I will not bother telling you), needless to say they were caused by previous actions in my IM career. This all kind of made sense in the fact I found it hard to believe that my website was receiving nearly 200 organic searches a day, but yet I wasn't receiving any Adsense clicks. I know it's confusing, but your just gonna have to go with it.
So back on with the update, I have recently added another article to my website, and backlinks are still being created in drip feed. My website is slowly climbing up the ranks for its keyword, so I am glad to see that. I plan to add another article soon, as I am always trying to keep the content fresh. I plan to be posting an update on all my expenses and profits soon, so keep an eye out for that.
This is the part where you guys can help me. I am using different sources to keep up with my daily traffic, but none of my numbers seem to be adding up. Google Analytics shows that I am receiving organic search traffic, but I can't see the keyword. It just says not provided. Google Adsense shows that I am receiving around 20 views a day, but that doesn't match Google Analytics data. Webmaster tools pretty much shows that my website isn't receiving any traffic, which I find hard to believe. So if guys could give me some advice on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
As you can see, I have ran into a few problems, but I can guarantee you it won't get my spirits down. In fact, it only makes me want to work harder. I want to say thanks to everyone who has been supporting me and giving helpful advice. I have big plans in the near future, so keep your eyes open for new updates.

The best advice I can give you, is be patient. The fact that you're focused on quality and doing thing the right way will pay off in the long run. Don't be discouraged if you don't see results right away. It could take more than a month before you really see things picking up. Stay focused on improving the site and you'll be pulling in checks in no time. Good luck!

Day 16-17
Hello everyone, it's time for another update. I've been working a lot on my website lately, so I have several things to go over. So let's go ahead and get started.
Yesterday, I uploaded another article to my website. Along with adding a new article, I also uploaded pictures to all articles that lacked them. (After reading around, images seem to play a role in ranking and traffic). I've also installed a few Plugins on my website. This includes a social media sharing plugin, along with a few SEO plugins. I also went around editing a few articles, in order to make them more SEO optimized.
For those wondering about my traffic problem, I believe to have found a solution. Webmaster Tools seems to have the most accurate information, after doing some research. So per Webmaster Tools, my website is seeing an increase in traffic and impressions, which is always good. Also some really good news, my website is now ranking on page one for one of its long tail keywords. So I am planning to see an increase in traffic because of this.
Some other notable news includes; I have a new 1000 word article in development, and for those wondering, I still haven't seen anymore Adsense or Amazon Associate clicks. But hopefully that will change. So I am setting myself a goal, by Day 30, I will have at least 5 total Adsense clicks. So hopefully we'll see this accomplished by my deadline.

I'm sure adding your affiliate link to images will help you get that first sale A TON. I read somewhere, I believe on Niche Pursuits, that their personal earnings increased a significant percentage (can't remember exactly what percent) after linking their images as well as in-text keywords.

With thoose nice stats and easy to rank?
btw, for adsense clicks you may change their location or their size.

I need some backlinks to my project too but I'm afraid to buy it in Fiverr because only a few GIGs of this type are gold - almost 99% are rubish.

Hello, thanks for your advice, and I'm glad your enjoying this journey. I purchased my niche site from Cheap Micro Niche Sites (Just google it). And during the purchase process, you can select specific niche stats, obviously the better stats will cost more. However, I highly recommend their service. They have answered all my questions and have been a huge help.

I understand where your coming from. When shopping for backlinks, the best thing is to remember quality or quantity. Spammy backlinks can ruin a website. You also want the backlinks to be delievered in a drip feed, as it appears more natural to Google. Lastly, remember to have a variety of backlinks. Web 2.0s, wiki links, social signals, etc. But I will gladly PM the services I purchased to you!

Days 18-22 (MAJOR UPDATE)
Hello everyone! It's time for that major update I've been talking about. There's been a lot going, and I'm excited to share some of that news with you guys! So let's go ahead and get started!
Recently, I've uploaded a new article to my website. Unlike other articles on my website, this article contains 1000 words! I'm trying to have some diversity in my article size. I just don't want every article to be 500 words, so that's why I'll be using a variation in article size.
If you remember correctly, in my last update, I challenged myself to earn 5 clicks within the next 30 days. I'm super excited to say that I have accomplished this goal! Right now, I have offically earned 10 clicks! That's over $10 this month only! So I'm super pumped over that. Obviously, there has been an increase in traffic, and there has also been an increase in ranking for a couple of long tail keywords. So my website is definitely moving up the ranks. Not to mention it's only 3 weeks old!
Some other big news, I have started a social media campaign. Right now I am only working with Facebook, but I plan to expand soon! At this point, my Facebook page has a little over 100 likes. Mostly real people. For those wondering, I am using a social media exchange to earn some of those initial likes.
As far as backlinking and some other off-page SEO, I have a few people hired who are working on things such as that. In fact, I actually have a guy working for me who is helping with the ranking of my main keyword. He uses white hat methods, so it does take time to increase that ranking, but I'm looking forward to where his services get me.
Overall, I'm very excited with all this progress.Thanks for all the support you guys have been giving me, I really appreciate it. If you ever have any questions or advice, don't hesitate to let me know. I was going to post a cost and profit report, but I don't have that info on me right now. So look for that in the future!
