You should try AdSense sites or some kind of affiliates based sites such as Amazon, Clickbank, etc. It depends really on your ability to do marketing online.

I would start building a email list from now for all your future businesses.

Although having some start up capital helps in IM, its not really the main thing that makes you money; its the knowledge that you put to action that does.
