Some tricky tips to help,

Use Firefox - I know got bugs but it is quite impressive
install LSI addons - actually any cookies that will delete long term cookies
Always clear cookies in Options menu
Always Delete pages/history etc.

When you want to list feebay, do the above and close your browser. On/Off router, reopen in default page (nothing or blank), and list in feebay. While listing try to fly around other pages in tabs and go grab a cookie to munch, perhaps make milo as well. 20mins later, continue some listing and finally, browse again. Minimum 30mins interval per 5 listings

They will definitely restrict you if you list shoes in your first month. Many shoe brands are high risk.

Also I would strongly recommend against deleting cookies and history. An already created account with no cookies from ebay/paypal looks suspicious. People who delete their cookies seems like they have something to hide. Your goal with a stealth account is to blend in with every other "normal" ebay account. If you haven't already, just create a new windows user account on your PC separate from your main one and only use that user account to access ebay and paypal. That way you can keep your history and cookies intact - it seems a lot less suspicious compared to always deleting cookies. Alternatively you can download portable Chrome or Firefox, which keeps its cookies and history all in one folder in your desktop. The advantage of using a portable browser is that if you ever need to access your stealth on a different computer, you can just copy the folder to your other computer and everything such as your saved passwords, cookies, and such will be there.

I never understood why people recommend to create new os accounts. These accounts are not available to grab, so it does not make any difference. The thing you should change is your browsing experience, like you should at leat install a new browser and set a proxy in it or create a new profile.

If you have only one stealth account then yeah you don't necessarily need a new user account, but if you're juggling multiple accounts (right now I have around 30 on my laptop), then it's needed. Otherwise if you have multiple stealths on your main user account you can very easily accidentally mix info and log into the wrong account with the wrong IP which would link the account and cause major problems down the road. By creating a new user account you don't have to worry about that problem.

I got over 30 accounts too on my laptop and having different user account def helps me keep organized. I have different browsers for different accounts and don't have to delete or mess with cookies.

I've had this MC999 in the past, some times I was able to get it reinstated by calling, and sometimes I faile.

I just tried now and I failed, the person kept asking me for personal info in the public data records. I ended up having to fax in some ID, which can't happen as i'm on stealth.

Firstly may I say, as responce to your question, from my past experience yes you can list whatever you want after you have been reinstated and nothing will happen.

Now I want to ask you if you could help me by ringing in and reinstate my account for me? (I have made another new stealth one). i have taken all the careful steps you have taken. we can work on a price thats suits both of us. please let me know. thanks.

i recently was permanently banned from eBay's selling community. .. But quick question, I am now looking to open new stealth accounts. About two or three to be exact. My question is can't I just purchase about 2 or 3 prepaid disposable smartphones of which will of course not be under my name
and do everything from beginning to end via the phone?! Meaning open an eBay account (eBay app) , open a new paypal account (paypal mobile) and just tell my bank to open a few more additional bank accounts for lets say.. "side accounts" ? .. And just go from there ? Please let me know. Thanks . =)

You're right but there is one more thing.

Now browse whoer.net/extended and ip-score.com. Second site is kinda buggy, useless. First one is important. It detects your flash IP (your REAL PC IP!). So let's say you use a New Windows User Account AND/OR VPN OR Socks5 (supports both TCP & UPD traffic) for the Portable Chrome/Firefox, it still detects your real PC IP.

How you bypass this (except purchasing a Windows-based VPS that costs money, but I and many people don't want to use a bunch of VPSes all the time logged it, right)?

Or it's not a big problem and issue, just the flash cookies/objects/LSOs to be in a separate folder and all will be fine (no matter that both eB and PP detects your flash REAL IP, not the spoofed one)? I'm asking because you're using personal 30x accs into your Laptop, another user doing the same, and you're even selling the accs to users. But haven't mentioned how they're managed (RDPs/TV/XGo/etc./different portable browsers or?)

I'm planning multiple separate portable browsers + separate socks5 (created from a personally purchased VPS less-known to be secure and not "abused" IPs; on Linux Debian or Ubuntu with danted), then using Firefox with the sock's IP for all the traffic (transferred in "raw" because it's socks5) and Thunderbird (for it's -in/-out traffic - SSL/TLS 993 and SMTP 465 specially for Gmail), for Chrome - using an addon that supports proxy/socks where to enter the IP and port, and then using it. BUT the real issue is with the flash:

• 1. With Enabled (default) Flash (both on FF/CH): on whoer.net/extended is saying after the two "Flash" lines is showing my Real IP in red;
  2. With Disabled (manually) Flash (Firefox > Addons > Plugins > Shockwave Flash > Never Activate / Chrome > chrome://plugins/ > Adobe Flash Player > Disable): on whoer.net/extended is saying on all "Flash" lines this: N/A.

Yes, I know that both PP/eB LOVES browser regular cookies and flash cookies (that's why they detect users, do limitations, providing better ads, see if this a newly user from a newly browser, etc.) and as you're saying into your guide (into your website) - both loves to have "Established" history of browsing, saved flash objects, etc. All Stealth guides advertise this, tho. But none are saying that this is NOT working for a regular PC with multiple socked/proxied IPs, only a VPS with a remote control/desktop.

When disabling the flash - there is another gamble that both PP/eB for each login into the acc on PP and eB they'll (I mean the PP/eB bot) sees you as a "newly user from the same IP network, considering that this is a dynamic NOT a static IP; so potentially a PC club/public network/airport/etc. and/or hacked/spoofed account, so in all situations - let's limit this user and suspend him", right. ?

Sure if that's what you prefer. Just make sure they are new phones and not used by anyone else. You just have to be careful not to cross IP addresses (whether its accidentally connecting to WiFi which you also accessed a banned account from, or anything similar). Keep a good record of all the IPs used in an excel spreadsheet or something.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but I don't use VPNs, Proxies, or any of the like to run or create accounts. The IPs of those have been abused way too much in the past and yes as you've proved, it's not that difficult for someone to tell you're using a service like that to hide your real IP. VPSs were fine for a while, but eBay has started banning whole IP ranges (or at least those belonging to certain VPS providers). If you are sure you can get non-abused IPs then great.

Personally, I use a combination of tethering my phone, as well as a few different cellphone providers' 3G/4G hotspots to run my accounts on a laptop whose sole purpose is for using ebay/paypal. From my experience, IPs like those as well as residential IPs - basically your home internet - are the best solution. For anyone running just one stealth, I usually suggest they change their home internet's IP (as well as doing any other necessary steps to clean their PC if it was used to access a banned account previously). If running multiple stealths, I usually suggest either the tethering/hotspot/dongle method or even using dial-up internet to access the accounts. That way you don't have to worry about hiding your IP address at all.

Okay, let's say that ("tethering/hotspot/dongle method") works for US/CA. What about EU . No dial-up here since 1998. Other ones "tethering/hotspot/dongle" are not very spread in some countries (mine as well), so can't use any of those. Yeah, on a "cable internet ISP" we can change the ISP, but here there're 3 x ISPs, what about after those 3 IPs? Router restarting not helps, no new IP after that. 3G/4G hotspots can be purchased yeah but they cost more money + can't be used "at once", I mean going from account 1 to account 2 for like < 5 seconds. Again need to be disconnected, then reconnected, then again and again. For 30 accs - 30 x 3G/4G hotspots, lol? What about when there're many sales all the day - whole day need to change those connections, logging into diff. accs, sending, tracking, replying to msgs, etc. ... not a good solution. Multitasking thing is highly limited. Not to mention the accidentally starting a browser with a wrong user, clicked on a link from the mail that was for X user but was started on Y browser for Y user, etc. (like you've answered to the previous person).

Certain things that works for X region can particularly work for Y region but cannot work for Z/P/Q regions (there're limitations or other variables). Not to mention villages where ONLY 1 ISP is possible (from only 3G-provider).

Whatever, my real issue is with the Flash IP and the problem that eB/PP sees my real IP if the flash is "Enabled" (and the LSO objects are being saved, that is good). When is "Disabled" = LSOs saved = const. limitations = not good.
