You missed my point... if you are having problems ranking and you have tried buying links to rank and are asking what link service works best then your problem is more than skin deep.

You need someone to analyze your site/links/link structures/competition/etc before an informed response can me offered.

The site is SEO friendly, No bad code, integrated with G+ author, and competition is hard.
Have you seen link of my competitor? it's badly coded, no meta desc, and bad navigation. but still ranks well better than mine.

I think not, i integrate my site with google webmaster tool. No errors found, no links not found, no malware, no manual webspam and it's very well indexed.

I even monitor my backlink and keep track all of my backlink in GWT

If you think that you are already offering high quality content, you should go for better link building strategies. And if this does not work, you should definitely go back to the basics. You should learn more about your competition, the structures of links and more. But if you do not have the time to do these things, just hire an analyst.
