Looking for a hosting service that supports PPD sites

Im looking for a good hosting site that supports sites that have PPD links on them(I've been rejected by a lot of host so far just because my site has ppd links on it, not sure whats the deal with that). Anyone has any advice,much appreciated!

no one allow you to ppd link on shared hosting you need to buy your own dedicated server me also want to start this type of website want to work with me 50 50 % share
