Some guidance with 600k emails

Ok I've been one BHW for about a year now reading day and night and now want to put in some work. If and when my plan works I will share all the details. But there are still a few things that I need cleared up and help with. I have no money to work with... But here's what I have.


I created a website tailored to Realtors. Has prices, products and services, capture forms, etc... hosted on HostGator
I wrote an ebook tailor for Reators and Online Marketing (which I think is awesome and haven't seen anything like it, I was a former agent and would totally buy it)
I got a hold of 600k+ Realtor Emails. (the realtors did not opt in)

Free MailChimp Account

and that is it... If I had money even just a little, things would be different but they're not so this is what I'm working with.

What would be the best plan of attack?

Please be kind, this is my first real project that I will be doing online and I will accept any and all criticism. Just a guy trying to come up and provide for a family in this busy life of mine.

Not sure how you will be able to index those emails, plus you have to have a really good sales funnel. What is your incentive and how are you planning to make money?

well, I want to get the ebook out first, I can cut the "good" stuff out and offer a basic version for an opt in. From there my site has online marketing services that I want to sell them on... from websites, social media marketing, email marketing, seo, etc...

There's absolutely no way that you can use those emails in mailchimp - it won't fly.
Your best bet is to use the facebook power editor, create a custom audience and upload the 600k list there. You'll get an audience of approximately 200-400k to run ads to.

I second the facebook suggestion by fxzombie. Maybe also try putting your ebook up in clickbank.

Agreed about forgetting mailchimp. That will end before it starts. The same goes for pretty much all the 3rd party ESPs that can actually inbox. If you have no money, then that would suggest you did not and cannot hygiene that list of yours. You also won't be able to afford a server with IPs that you can burn to get that mail out because your dirty list is probably going to quickly burn IPs and get you booted by your host when you get SBLed. If you are determined to email off that list, many of my posts on BHW are responses to emailing questions, so you might want to search and look at them.

Another thing you could do is try to rent/broker out your list under the condition that they mail your offer at least once a week. Hard to find people willing to do that, but they do exist.

Can you eloborate on this. I mean how can I use power editor to upload email list. Isn't it just for creating ads?
