I have already mention that this is not Based on Unique Domain.. And the Success Rate comes with many Different Setting.. Like Proxies, Captcha Breaking, Re-Captcha Service, Thread Settings and Many Others.. The List contain more more than 200K.. So if you need 100% Success Harvest your Own List Buddy...

I have just went through this list and it's pure rubbish. I don't care about spammed to death websites, that's ok for me at this time because it was meant for some testing anyway. But 80% of targets I have checked is dead (expired sites etc.) making this list useless to me or anyone for any purpose. That's not what you are advertising man and certainly isn't worth $11. So, I polity ask you to refund that $11, (you know my PP address) and for the future if you are advertising something make sure it is somewhere congruent with the reality.

P.S I don't care about your "no refund" statement. You know when I file PP dispute I will get my money back so think if you really need that dispute, thanks.
