Stopping google find similar images?

Let's say a competitor is watching my site for new products to pop up and then undercut me and this is costing me 60-80% of my income everytime I have a great idea for a product to sell the person buys in bulk and undercuts me crazy.

Trust me it goes so far he's selling products I have the solely right to sell in my country from the distributor but since they can't enforce it and don't want to i'm stuck being undercut that i'm barely making a profit before this guy showed up I was making good money but now.... the guy goes as far as making searches on my name and what companies I register just to take over my products.
I'm not against competition but this guy can buy larger quantity's then me I don't have the cash to compete with him when he's ordering the same products in a larger quantity and spends way more on marketing then me.

I assume he's searching by google images to find sellers on alibaba and other similar sites then order the product from there.

How would I go about making sure no similar results pop up in google image search watermarking or what?

Hopefully someone could explain this to me I have no idea what to do I don't feel like making professional photo's myself because I don't have quality photo camera's and the time to spend to photograph every product I sell.

You can block google bots from indexing images on your webiste using robots.txt file

Example for all images:

User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow: /

Example for gifs:

User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow: /*.gif$

If you don't want him to search on google products by your images make sure to use your own unique images and not these from suppliers

Yeah I guess that would be the only way then?

I'm gonna have to rent a camera every now and then and ofcourse open products intended for sale....

I think you need to have a proper word with the distributor, if you paid for the sole right to distribute the product in your country, then they should provide some support. At the very least, get your solicitor to send him a warning letter.
I don't think worrying about Google Image Search will be productive. Surely he will still use the product description to find suppliers.
If he is able to source the products cheaper then just follow suit, you may not be able to order in the same quantities but you might find a deal.
If he is spending more on marketing then look at what parts of his campaign you can emulate at a lower cost.

It's not even my biggest concern that product which he bought used to be my best seller but today it's not anymore.

A few years ago I even had some guys dumping them at bottom prices I sell my product for example at 80$ they would sell it at 40$.
Legally there's nothing I can do it's legal for them to buy the product in for example denmark and sell it in germany.

The main supplier which supplies all our products ships from china it's an US company and then we get the products so legally the only ones being able to import from china directly from the supplier are us for the countries which we are in.
Once it comes here we own the product and can do with it what we like including selling it to others at bottom prices.

You might think how does he gets cheaper prices then?
He makes a deal with another distributor and gets his product this way since it's already in europe.

The US company doesn't care they're not gonna kill off a large client because he sold some product to someone in my country nearly every single distributor does this.



Basically europe is 1 big country with freedom of movement and goods which is a problem when you got contracts and 10's of other suppliers sell to people who do not have contracts.

The only real reason I have this mention of ''country exclusivity'' is because my supplier offered it to me because I was the only person buying from that country at the time.



Anyways my biggest problem is them finding my suppliers for other products as this product doesn't even sell that well anymore.
