After this the ryan guy removed me from his skype.
I did it in 1 hrs and made a terrible mistake of trusting him.
I was scammed before and thought of never doing business until I get something in advance, see what happened when you break your own rules. From now on I will never do business without advance.

Code errors on it and it didn't display properly on iPhone or ipad so i didn't take his work as satisfactory im not using what he showed me he hosted it somewhere i checked it and wasn't happy with it and then he accuses me of scamming not like i took a site he redid and used it without paying him for his work he had a chance to make the site properly responsive and it wasn't so now here we are.

On mobile devices, the top menu initially displays closed and the icon on the side has to be tapped to show the menu. Also, the right column shows on the page after the comments but that's because of the way the page was formatted - a trick with div or tables could have changed that if that was what he was talking about.

Overall, I think the two could have worked out a deal if they had kept communicating with more than "it doesn't look right to me on my iphone".

I don't see a scam here but I also don't see the buyer working well with the seller. I am not going to order keyboard to pay Intruder but I don't see a reason to remove this SL either.

FYI the menu always stay closed on a mobile device. The bootstarp framework works that way. Also, I could have expanded the view, as you can see in the chat that he asked me to make menu button working which I did later on.
Also, he doesn't say any thing about the div to be disp[layed before or after, I could have set that according to him but, its the way responsiveness of a site work by default.
Also, I asked him to show me the error or send me an screenshot but he didn't.
As for the communication, its not only my mistake but his also.

I stopped communication as soon as u started calling me a scammer and you probably fixed the site up to make it better to show old salt and it still fails im done now i think salts decision was very fair and neutral your just too egotistical im afraid.
