You're right, I don't need the videos...but they add some visual appeal to spruce it up. They say nothing as I already said it via text, but I like to add extra things sometimes. Your logic doesn't make sense as you would need to apply it to anyone using different colors or sizes or fonts to make their post pop out a little more.
Thanks for telling me how I should run an introduction to a JV. Next time I'll incorporate you in the decision making process and send you over a draft before it goes public.
The book won't need updating as the federal laws were created in the early 90s, so nothing new has changed. But I have no problem updating certain parts of it if deemed necessary.

Don't take offence Mate but visual appeal means nothing in a JV.
People want facts and figures, you can spruce it up all you want but if you don't share the required information then it is useless.
i.e Less video and more info about the book and who it was aimed at would have been good.
As for Telemarketing Law, there has been numerous amendments, so IMHO, it will require an update.

That is why a conversation would take place to go in-depth about the book, give the interested party a copy to review and to answer any questions and form a plan of action with them. Providing an updated copy of the laws is one thing, but wouldn't make any sense to deviate my story based upon newly created laws. They added more laws, not took laws out, so its really a moot point as the laws I used back then still exist today.
Being that this JV is more about a partner(s) plan on how to promote and bring the book back to life and me being more hands off with it, I don't see why I should be spelling out what needs to be done to accomplish making money with this...that's their job and that's why they would get 70% and I would get 30% for providing the book. This JV is an open invitation for people to solicit me in a sense.
And why are you bothering to lecture me in a JV thread you have no interest in? No need to answer, it's a rhetorical question and I would prefer you don't bother giving me your "expert" opinion unless I ask for it.

Is it a guide book for consumers? An Instruction manual for telemarketers?
Where did you sell the book? What were you selling it for?
I don't like wasting my time on Skype, so if you could cover what the book is about and who it is aimed at, it would save a lot of time.
If having a 5 minute Skype conversation to sell me on why they should be my partner and what they can do for me is too much to ask, then they wouldn't be what I'm looking for anyway. I don't need to peddle my book in-depth and hope someone takes me up on it.
Potentially interested people should read the thread in my OP (Part 1 and 2) and judge for themselves whether or not they want to talk about it further regarding my past offline exploits.

There are people who might have been interested in buying the rights to the ebook rather than a JV but anyway good luck with it.

Just make sure he washes that dick up before you start sucking it again. I made a JV thread based upon how I want to run the initial talks. If it lacks information, so be it. If people don't want to contact me because of that, fine. If they do, even better. But I don't need to change things around based upon what one guy who seems to oftentimes voice his opinion on what I'm doing on the various threads I make. In a recent thread I asked for opinions so I'm totally cool with that. But I don't think I ever searched a JV thread (or any thread for that matter) and decided to critique the creators of them because I didn't like the format.
If nobody contacts me for this JV...that's totally fine. I threw something up late last night on the off chance someone might be interested. Sorry if it wasn't as informative as it should be but people need to solicit me...not the other way around.

In my first post I just pointed out that the Video was useless and served no purpose.
I was just pointing out that, IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME, as it provided no further information to what was already posted in the OP.
I then asked if the Ebook would need updating. I think that was a legitimate enough question.
There are far too many time wasters on BHW, why should anybody Skype you? In fact the only people that will Skype you ARE the time wasters.
You aren't Donald Trump yet, people aren't going to pitch to you, for the chance to promote your EBook.
