i have got an idea by creating 2000 account to follow and it will removed but still it is pain

You need to prune your following list to remove inactive tweeple -- use http://twitoria.com for that. Then you'll have space to follow more people, until eventually you follow a lot of ACTIVE tweeters who will follow you back. Then you need to provide interesting tweets that will get people to follow you naturally.

In other words, it takes work, there's no magic potion.

Yeah FleshJoe is right. Keep removing those who didn't followed you back, then add follower back, remove those who don't follow you, add again. keep repeating.

I have over 2,200 follower right now and it's growing.

There can only be a 10% difference between followers and following.
You can get past the 2000 limit if you follow this rule
