I've gotten videos on the first page within 30 minutes by having extremely powerful/active social sites linking to the video in a "press release" format without views and backlinks. It all depends on your niche and what site will link to you. I've used a gem of a website for the last 3 years now. PR7 site that Google crawls about every minute. I've posted on there and the page has been crawled and indexed within 5 minutes. So yes, it's possible... and no, I can't give out the website (NDA).

On a side note, I see a lot of teaser videos for pron on youtube thats like a hot thumbnail with a description that says "pron on youtube" but when you click on it, it says that theres no pron on youtube and go to this link.
