Hey, I have a few sites, I have spreadsheets of meta descriptions, a custom CMS (would need to explain it to employee) which needs all of the meta descriptions literally copied and pasted from spreadsheet into cms then saved. Is this a task which can be done?

Needed someone to help adding items into my online store, while I was away and the VA did great job. Also gave the girl some extra tasks and she did perfect job.
The problem was that all the info is in Chinese language and had to teach the VA few Chinese characters, but she managed to learn them fast (just 20-30 words needed to know). But now I have found a Chinese speaking VA to help me.
