Can you please let me know when you're back from holidays? I paid about 10hrs ago and have heard nothing at all from you. I have opened some tickets (as it says to keep opening new tickets if I have no ticket number - and no ticket numbers are issued from your support system).

Hi,
I still have not revived any login details despite the fact that i have paid for the proxies? I have raised a support ticket via your website and also PM'ed you. Please can you sort this out ASAP.
P.S I have just checked my Paypal email address and it seems you have sent my login details to this address as oppose to the email address i entered when signing up. Anyway i have got them now and i am able to login.
