Hello, I am looking to unlimit my permanent limited paypal.
About a year ago I had my paypal account limited. I was running a forum where members would review torrent websites, buy and sell private torrent invitations and accounts, etc. I have then decided to open up a paypal debit card and write it under my site trademark. I was not involved in torrent selling nor I had anything illegal on the forum. All I was getting is money from members VIP Status and advertising space. I no longer have that forum business, I sold it over half a year ago. I am trying to open up a new business 100% legitimate and I need a legitimate paypal. I want to unlimit this paypal and just close it down and open up a new fresh paypal.
I have changed my first name and opened up new bank accounts under my new name. I am still under the same ISP, same static ip, same address so I don't really want to open up a stealth paypal account especially because I may be in deep shit if they will limit it with a lot of money in it.

Anyways all they saw was the "torrent" keyword and decided to limit it right before I was selling my site. I was receiving payment for that same website but due to the payment being huge that is when they had decided to limit it. It was not previously limited neither I had any disputed. I did have an open dispute regarding the website sale as I was not able to withdraw the money for the next 180 days but I resolved it and got money on friends paypal.
Is there any way it can be unlimited? will pay for the service. Please let me know if this would be possible. Thank you!
