Tiered linking question

What tier is safe to blast with GSA links for a money site ?. Right now i am powering my tier 1 links with guest posts and other high quality links but this is very costly and i am thinking of blasting them with senuke/gsa etc. for link juice targeted at tier 2. I am wondering is tier 2 safe enough though ? or should i blast tier 3 with these spammy links ?. Will there be enough link juice to power up my tier 1 and money site at such high tiers ?

Would love some input on this as i have been mainly doing white hat and grey hat seo but due to how expensive that is, i have decided to try the blackhat part. Please keep in mind this is for my money site of 6 years and i don't want to lose that site ever so i would want to go with the safe approach here.

Slow is fast and less is more now for seo. I link money sites to PBN now and without anymore T2 now. Why bother T2 or T3 when you have a good PBN with ready good backlinks on it.

Because i have a lot of keywords i want to rank for and PBNs are very costly, i am using them just so you know and the results are awesome but costly as all hell to maintain the pbns. So any help you can offer with regards to tiered linking ?

You got a 6 year old money site...why are you planning on running GSA on it? There are probably better ways to achieve what you're looking for on an established 6 year old site.

This is a result of not testing your SEO techniques. You can push your money site keywords up the SERPs by sculpting your T2 anchor text & relevance.
