I'm searching too, I found on another forum lazersms, they accept both Bitcoin and Perfect Money. The US number (that cost 15 bucks) can accept SMS from USA only though , only the UK number can accept them from worldwide. I'm still looking for a US number to get SMS from outside the country but I didn't find anything yet.
