First of all, I want to apologise to the OP. I bought this site a couple of months ago, and decided to let it age for a bit while I worked on some other projects.

I have only just got around to looking at the site, and have to say I am very, very happy with it. The site looks great. The content is very good. I will be making some very minor changes, but I am talking 10-15 minutes work tops.

As it has been sitting for a while there has been some SERP activity for the main keyword:

Google - N/A
Bing - 6
Yahoo - 5

Main Keyword averages 1,000 U.S. searches a month, and has CPC of $1.50+

I have done no link building whatsoever, so the Bing and Yahoo rankings are purely from the on-site work.

I have bought some other micro niche sites, and this is definitely the best one I have purchased, both for site look and content (although some others have shown some ranking in Google with no linkbuilding)

I bought this site just to increase my portfolio of sites, and to test out the service. Very pleased with the result.

I recommend this service to newbies wanting to make some money with adsense.
