i need to increase rate my ios app on appstore by getting high volume download, 5 stars rate and comments review, my estimation is by getting up to 1000 download/day, it will boost the rank. so im wondering how do get this.? what kind of features/functions will i need?

Bro, I'm not sure bot will do it
if someone would create such bot, it would be a gold mine
lately everyone gets real users review through ads campaign
or
asking Indians/Chinese to do it manually, but their prices are insane
