Is there a way to make .co.uk hotmails emails?

i had a link that would allow me to sing up for hotmail DOT co DOT uk email address, this link died a few months ago. I changed to making aliases and the options was also removed from there a short while back.

does anyone know if there is any other way to make a uk hotmail now?

Im in the UK, the sign up page doesnt give the option anymore.

They have recoverable accounts connected to them, i.e. abandoned Facebook accounts etc.
