Will I be able to both make and recieve payments ?? Also will I be able to get a business account?
I want to use my netbanking and credit card for transactions to and from paypal. But I already have one lifetime ban to my account where I used this credit card and netbanking. Will I be able to use my CC and netbanking accounts for new paypa? I am from India. Please let me know what all do I need from my side for this solution.

if I verify My newly created US paypal account using your VBA and Vcc and Add fund in it ,I use it in my US facebook ad account as payment method , will it work ?
or if u have any vcc that works also with facebook ad account let me know

as a swedish citizen all you need to register is a social security number and a address to get you going.
but as a outsider you need a verfied paypal account.
im running out of both.
