My Exact Method to Making $500 a day through Amazon (as a newbie)

What kind of content d you use for your T1? Spun?

So you do not use main anchor text at all? Just url and domain name?

What kind of anchors do you use for blog comments and how do you know that the pages you comented on after a while won't get filled with payday loans spam and ruin your site.

Yes. NEVER use your exact match anchor more than once.
I manually spun my tier 1 content and blasted it with GSA. However, these are my tier 2 now, my tier 1 are 100% manual. Goes something like this

Tier 1 = 10 manually written web 2.0's per silo landing page (100% KW targeted) Every link < 10% exact match
Tier 2 = 1000 manually spun web 2.0's (blog is on a general niche, article is 100% KW targeted) 50% generic 50% url
Tier 3 = 30000 auto generated crappy web 2.0's (general blog, articles are targeted towards the KW) 50% generic 50 % url

All of my tier 1 blog comments are 100% manual, I'll use a few random names on high authoritative blogs which usually have moderated approval.

Cool. I did 5 web 2.0 with unique manual content and I didn't make any exact match for the current batch of sites I am working on.

Would this strategy work without these comments/forum posts an just with web 2.0's? Because it didn't found any nice moderated blog that could work well and it is quite difficult to find niche related forums that has signature on. There is also akismet that bans after 10's of comments even I am not spamming.

I am able to post comments to T1 thought for low-mild OBL sites, mainly drupal ones. Most of them have PR so they could bust T1 a bit.

Do you recommend social bookmarking, or something else, or i should not waste time and go for PBN. What hosting do you reccoment for a PBN. So far i have found these seo hosting:
http://www.expertwebhost.net
http://www.skynethosting.net/c-class-ip-hosting-us.htm

The main advantage of these two is that they offer both normal and seo hosting so the footprint is quite a bit smaller.

Yes, you don't need a ton of powerful links to rank most medium difficulty keywords. ~3-5 PBN links, 10 Web 2.0 links, and maybe some manual blog commenting has worked well for me. This is why I work so hard on siloing and doing good internal linking. There is a ton of variance here though, a link from a garbage PBN site or a poorly powered web 2.0 won't do a ton.

Go here for webhosting, a lot of independent hosting venders and this is what I use

Cool. I will power them by GSA-ing a manually spun article (4 sentence replacements) with url and general anchors as you recommended and I will do another GSA blast with readable content to the T2. Lets say 20 T1 + 500 T2 + 3000-5000 T3.

Have few quality domains for my PBN, but I can only use seo hosting since I do not want to pay at the time being 1 year of hosting for 5-10 hosting accounts which is around $75-$150.

Really great information. Some of it was beyond the scope of my understanding as a newbie, but I'm sure I'll be coming back to this thread. Much appreciated :)

A question on the size of the niche you want your site to be. Using your furniture example, Furniture would be too broad because that encompasses home furniture and office furniture (and I'm sure other types, too). Let's say your site is on Home Furniture, so your silos would be sofas, chairs, dining sets, etc - At least for my specific niche, the big traffic isn't in "Home Furniture" - there would be no point targeting that keyword. The big traffic would be "Sofa" or "Chairs" - etc.

If I understood webdev in his posts, you want the homepage to be the "big" keyword that you would love to rank for, but it's hard to get. How would you do that in the furniture example if the "big" keywords are so different" Would you have separate sites for each type of furniture?

Hope that makes sense. Thanks for creating such a terrific resource!

Depends on how tight you want everything. Its a balance, the tighter the niche/relevance the better the initial rank, but your also limited to what keywords you can go for.

Personally, I go for broad and try to rank each silo. I try and piggyback on the domain authority as much as possible, and then I can just consolidate all of my efforts onto a single site. I'll just keep the silos themselves air tight.

I would go for home furniture, VERY BROAD, but each category would be laser focused. So I might have a category on "office chairs", and another on "sofas".

Is it hard to navigate? Yes. Is this a perfect user experience? No.

In a perfect world, the silos would be deeper, like Amazon. 4 tiers deep...or more, and then you can funnel the site architecture better into "office furniture" versus "living room furniture", but so far the only people I know that have a CMS in place to do that is themezoom and they charge an arm and a leg subscription for access to it. Not worth it.

Thanks for the reply, rschmitz, that makes sense. One last question: Because your sites are being indexed fairly quickly, when creating a new site do you post as you go (ie. write, post, write, post) or do you write a bunch of articles at once and post them in a batch? I wasn't sure if it affects your rankings if you're indexed with only 1 article vs say 5 or 10.

Thanks again!

Doesn't matter in the slightest. Google will eventually index your pages and it isn't something you want to devote mental energy on.

I was just re-reading your article and comparing it to phpbuilt's OP you referenced. I ask this on his OP, but I would like your opinion since you're doing exactly what I am trying to get into (and as you know, he's been slammed busy and hasn't been on thread in a little bit):

You build a table that references different models and link to amazon from the table. I know that phpbuilt talks about having a blog and an ecommerce site in a separate directory. That way you don't have a bunch of outgoing links in your silo. (I'm assuming he builds a silo, maybe not...) Have you had any real issue one way or another having all those outgoing links in your silo? (vs. internal linking to ecommerce THEN linking out to Amazon..)

Also, are you cloaking your aff links at all? In the past, I've always used a php script to cloak (domain.com/out/afflink.php), but after reading webdev and phpbuilt, I'm not sure if it's the best idea anymore.

Did you ever hear from php on his web 2.0 method? I know you were hoping he'd release it soon. (I'll check out scritty's post, too)

Thanks again. You've made a killer resource that fills in a lot of blanks from those other monster posts. I really appreciate all that you've added!

Do you writw content by your own or outsource from iwriter, textbroker,..?
And how to send a full request to freelancer that they need to optimized the onpage?

You can use robot.txt to block google from following affiliate links. I cloak them, not sure if it works or not but that is what I do.

Every link which leaves your page is divided up evenly. If you have 20 links leaving a page, it is divided by 20. What a lot of people have done is build a single page listing all of the products from Amazon, no index that page, and link to it from parasite pages.

I don't know what phpbuilt's web 2.0 method is. I built out 10 blogs that look extremely legitimate, and use services on BHW+FCSnetworker to link to those blogs. I now outsource some of the other link building.

This is my SEO strategy: (Relevant blog comments+and high pr manual bookmarks+10 web 2.0) per silo landing page. I'll then throw one or two PBN links in, use pinterest for some social signals, and move on to my next project.

I've used quite a few, including college students. I write site homepage and landing pages on my own. 1k-2k words usually. Individual product reviews I outsource.

Optimizing on page is easy. Content writers will try and screw you, so you don't give them an out. I once had a writer write a piece for me that was something like this. "I really liked the orange handbag with real leather and rhinestone embroidered jewelery because it was comfortable. The orange handbag with real leather and rhinestone embroidered jewelery helped me fit in, and I'd recommend the orange handbag with real leather and rhinestone embroidered jewelery to all of my friends." It went on like this for the whole article, the name of the product was at about 30% kw density....

So here are my instructions.
1. Link of product
2. List Overview, Pros, Cons, Conclusion
3. Only mention product once

If they don't follow these instructions I ask for a full refund. I've used a specific writer from Natasha Nixon for about a month now, had to go through a few duds before I found one in particular that I liked.

In your original post, you stated you can't rank without backlinks. You can reach page 3 or 2 but you can't rank. Although I believe with +150 articles you should be able to rank for gazillion of Long Tail Keywords. Or you are targeting and optimizing the articles for med competition keywords from the start?

I don't know why but I am thinking about building a huge website for amazon. I am bored of Adsense and I believe amazon will be more stable option :)

LOL, gotcha. There is so much jargon in IM which is spoken in general absolutes. You can rank a deviated keyword. No way in hell are you ever going to rank "lawnmowers", for instance, without some serious link power.

Two keywords which might qualify for a landing page might be "Bowie Knife Reviews" or "Camo chairs".

So a few subpages can be "XXXX bowie knife 1", "XXXX knife", "How to use a bowie knife to chop wood", "Best bowie knife for midgets", etc.

1. Support pages(ex: xxx bowie knife 1) should immediately be ranked from 20-50 once indexed.
2. Landing pages are now taking much longer to rank because of the sandbox. I link everything now, I have no idea where these pages will rank with the new update w/o backlinks.

Real life example. "Timer Rattler Western Outlaw Bowie Knife". Monthly searches, 140

If you have that as a support page in a silo for bowie knives, should probably be ranked 30-50ish without any backlinks to the domain, with about 20 articles total on the site, as soon as its indexed. You'll probably rank 20ish for Timer Rattler Western Outlaw Bowie Knife Review. A few powerful links to the landing page "Bowie Knife Reviews", and watch it soar.

Hi. It can be noob question, but how many articles are you buying when creating web 2.0s? I will need something between 60 and 80 articles - do you think it's good idea to buy 5 or 10 of them and just spin them to 60-80?
