If it is visiting profiles then its working. Most recently visited might be updating weekly or monthly, depending on your linkedin membership type. You can verify yourself that you are visiting each profile because now it has the browser module that will show you exactly what you are doing.
Yes we made a major update and its increasing.
Soon we will start charging per month per license. We need to work on many features clients have requested. All people that have already bought it will have unlimited updates, because they acted as funders for the time invested on coding this, and also ideas.

Right now only Paypal.
The delivery is automatic after your payment is confirmed. You will get a message to your paypal email.

Hello,
Question. Let say I search for marketing for bears. How come the lead searches are different sometimes? If i save on the excel the first time. then i do a second time. there are people in the first excel that were not on the second.
So this means that the program does not search for everyone on LinkedIn sometimes? and I should do a few a times on later times since it misses or it didnt gather all the leads at once?
By the way i brought the program. thanks a ton.

Thats a good question.
As we explained on our video tutorials, we use Google to get Linkedin URLs for patterns of data. This involves what is so famous and very mentionen in this forum: SEO.
The second time that you do the search you can compare the URLs lists, its changing always, sometimes it does change in the same day, sometimes it takes 1 week. But this opens new doors that outsmart Linkedin inside search. Which we are secure that you will get better data than searching inside Linkedin, anyway this saves you the $29 monthly fee.

Russian words should work without a problem.
Very disappointed. Bought your software today and It does not work. Why you have questions page to speak with customers? Where is your support? Yesterday I told you that I have problem with trial vertion and it has no buttons and you said to me it is on buy it, just trial does not work. But today what? I have the same problem with lisenced version. Yesderday I put a qustion to the question aria of you site and 24 hours passed and nobody is going to help. Still need you help!

Hello..
Most probably the error might be with your firewall. No buttons means no bootstrap. We use twitter bootstrap for the GUI of the software. You need to set permissions to the software.
We have skype support and the questions support. The software works and you can see the video tutorials. Each installation is very subjective due to many Firewalls and configurations for Windows on the market.
Also do you have .NET Framework 4.5 installed?
Please submit also pictures of your problem when you write to us. We havent received any email from you. Just PM, this post in thread and Question on the question knowledge base which I am currently answering here, on PM and there. So I understand your concern.
I ask you to give me special information about your Firewall config.

You didnt follow the instructions. You need to download .NET Framework 4.5 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
Otherwise this wont load properly for you.

I have held off on posting this, but the support from the developer is not too great.
Instead of pulling user profiles, it's pulling company logos which is of no use to anyone using this software.
The clear list feature doesn't work and means I have to close and open the app in order to not mix up leads.
After over a month, I haven't been able to even use this thing and the dev has become unresponsive.
So far I think I'll give another software a try!

We have been working on other methods, I never have been unresponsive. Ive always answered emails. And the software has always had the updates we have told. What you say about pulling user profiles and company logos doesnt make sense. What you tried to say its companies URLs?
Over a month you havent been able to even use it? How come? Ive never received a PM, email from you saying something about you havent been able to use it.
I have Net Framework 4.5 and I did followed the instructions. I uninstalled the software and installed it again. And after this I got error connecting to server. I supose that you gave the wrong license number. I added you on skype. Please help. I installed software on 2 computers and VPS and everywhare is the same picture.

I sent you a screencast of the problem and you said you would get it fixed over a week ago. I have had issues with the software ever since I purchased which was 1 month ago.
I have emailed you numerous times, so maybe you just forgot about it.

Along with this fix comes numerous other fixes. I cannot launch a fix without tracking more bugs. Thats the way it has been since this software and BST was launched. You can ask all other clients. Ive always do what I tell. You can recheck along all this BST.
I am sorry if I cannot give personal attention for a specific problems with your screen dimension (if that is the case) I didnt see that coming, the problem is that GUI has 700 px height and many screens are still 600 px. I am taking that in count.
And for the Companies logos URLs and not companies URLs that is an existing bug, because It was grabbing companies urls properly before, I gotta make this method more accurate.
You must understand that coding a software of this dimension is not easy task, otherwise anyone could do it. Every new bug fix comes with a better and improved method.
The problem is that many people demand support and I try my best to give the best support, but that absorbs my coding time that I could invest to make more features. You know why I keep giving support? Its obviously to track bugs better to do a superb fixing on those and not have more problems in the future.

I am so happy that was the problem with Russian language in Windows and not with software. So it was conflict with files folder in Russian. Now it is working. Linkedin Marketing Pro is very promissing software. Marketing idea is really great. I just testing software and can not say much. Hope in a weak will come back to share my results

Im very glad we managed to solve your problem. Which you by the way found the reason. It was weird trying to help you without knowing anything about Russian language
.I am right now working with code issues on the framework. I plan to optimize it all and fix everything. Also adding more modules which will require bug tracking thanks to users like you.
