Is anyone actually using these to rank their keywords and if so, do you have any decent results?

I used 5 links and my two sites went up in SERP almost within 2 days after placing the articles, I was ranking 15 spots higher. Regardless of current 30days google sandbox, it seems these links are immune and still work perfectly fine.

I just hope that not many other people will find this service
