Need Help with Ewhoring + vpn

I intended doing some blackhat stuff (E-whoring) on craiglist and some other sites but before I could spell jack robinson my ip address has been permanently banned. I also tried using hotspot shield it keeps telling me the same thing. Please I want to guys to advice me on how bypass this obstacle.

Thanks for your reply but If I have money for premium vpn I wouldn't be going for ewhoring. Just need to make some money to pay for my domain name and hosting.

your getting mixed up, what you mean is "profile marketing promotions" which is permitted.
