This is a simple method, if you don't know it, you will now.

1. Look on Amazon for products that are on sale.
2. List it on eBay at normal price with a postage fee.
3. When you get a sale, buy it from Amazon and send it to the customer as a gift which I believe means no fees paid too.
4. Profit with no keeping items yourself and having to send them yourself.

Ensure the product has plenty of stock. Maybe have a fine print on listing stating 3rd party item.

I'm certain this ISN'T against their TOS. Yes, you can make a while store full of Amazon products.

I know tons of sellers that do this, they haven't been banned. I'm certain it's not against their TOS.

The only reason I don't sell on ebay is because of all the horror stories of buyers reversing charges and keeping the product. How often does that really happen?

The problem I see with this is you NEED initial capital to invest.....because of the 14day or so hold ebay keeps on payments.

I second this. It's not a new method at all. As of a matter of fact I know some guys who do it
and the customers bitch so much about Amazon branding when the product arrives that they
switch out the boxes.

Sure why not? But I can't be bothered to be honest. I'd rather invest my time into a long term website that makes consistent money.

at the rate people charge back and dont pay or pay late. your gonna spend money to make money and go bankrupt from sh*t buyers lol and ebay charges a big fee's for stuff being sold. however that can be avoided by turning off auto pay for a month at a time and opening a new account

For abusing prime maybe. I dont see there being much risk for people using a non-prime account.

If I had an affiliate store or were selling books on kindle, I might be less inclined to do this.

Not plausible mate because it's not like you have a huge ROI playing the "buy on amazon and sell on eBay" method.
You will make mediocre money if you find a decent product at best and then the accounts are not free.

Better off buying on Taoboa and selling the junk on eBay. Both ways you stand a risk but at least one can give you
a higher ROI. If you want to sell products then do it right and have them in your possession. It's not that hard to
get set up.

This is correct, the problems pop up when you start using Prime for your Amazon to Ebay dropshipping.

I don't see how this would work without using prime. The reason people are buying from you and not the other 400 people with the same item listed is because of the 2 day shipping.

I think you are giving people too much credit for being smart. If they were that smart they would have checked amazon before they clicked 'buy it now'

Depends on what you're selling... I sell "high risk" items, mostly computer electronics, and the number is about 5% which is probably less than you'd have people steal in a physical store. You just got to make sure your margins are good when doing this or the 5% will wipe you out. I physically handle all the products and unless I can at least double my money I don't touch the stuff... so 5% isn't a huge problem. When you start to drop ship your margins aren't going to be anywhere near what you'd make physically handling the products so you got to make sure the fraud doesn't wipe you out.

The simplest way to make sure the fraud doesn't wipe you out is sell items that are all about the same price range... You want to make sure the fraud rate is always a percentage of your sales; one that stays predictable. If everything you sell is $10 you can predict the amount of money that'll be lost to fraud. If you sell items from $10 to $1,000 then a single fraud sale on a $500 item will knock out weeks of profit from the $10 item.
