Regarding my PM, I sent the guy an e-mail and told him not to work on the site, so his SEO wouldn't conflict with yours.
I hope I filled out the form correctly. "Site URL" is for the domain URL, right? Not necessarily the page we want to rank for? I want to rank the inner page I put next to my keyword.

Answered that above. It's the same as any TLD, so not a problem.

This is blackhat bro. I've seen people get their adsense account's banned for far less. As far as how long it takes...there are 3 million variables that come into play. There is no one answer to that question.
