Okay this question has been buzzing round my mind for too long....

use anchors.. as in KEYWORD with a hyperlink to the blog
 
Well your page will rank higher if the main domain ranks high. That is why wikipedia ranks so high. But your domain.com/keyword wont rank high without backlinks to it.

Correct me if I an wrong SEO gurus :)

the keywordtitle part is optional. But yeah, that will work. Backlink-wise, the best thing you can do is what I told you. If you point it to a page with the keyword in it, better. Of course the keyword has to match the website content and page content for this to really work.
 
So basically, to get the page to rank ontop of other pages I gota link trough the keyword phrase for the hyperlink?

Lets say there if you search "loose fat fast" on google and a blog comes up with www.fatloss.com/10-ways-to-loose-fat-fast on the #1 position and that specific page has only 10 backlinks, if I want to outrank that page, I basically gota go put in a few

It isn't merely a number of links or the PageRank of links, there are many other factors involved. However, what you're describing is called deep-linking and it is a very good method, especially if the page you're linking to has a lot more to do with the specific keyword set you're going after. Think about it in terms of the generality of the words you're focusing on; the more general the keywords, the more you'll want to link to your main site, the more specific, the more you're wall to link to your inner pages relating to that specific keyword set.

Well, not really.

You need the backlinks on high PR websites which have the same content you are linking to.

Just because you have 1000 backlinks, doesn't mean you will out rank anybody.

Well basically what I want to do is trow up a blog and get a keyword phrase like "Loose belly fat fast" and post a post about it with that keyword phrase embedded in the title. Knowing that keyword phrase has not a lot of competition for the allintitle: tag I want to try rank high for it. But how? What is the best way. I'm confused like crazy. I already managed with another blog, but the keyword phrases I used have like 500,000 results in google and 200 results for allintitle: and I ranked first page for it. dnno how tho. But the keywords I want to use now have like 10,000,000 results in google but 100 for allintitle: will I be able to rank good for that ?
 
I'd recommend getting links to your index first, and gradually build links to your inner pages with similar/relevant anchors.
 
Let's say the page you're optimising is - superamazingdeals.com/car-insurance - make sure your title, h1, h2, and text are optimised.. plenty of info on how to do this well available.

The most important thing is to build (deep) links to the page you are optimising with car insurance, insurance car, best car insurance etc all in the anchor text (just to mix it up and avoid penalties) - I think plenty of people have explained this quite well already.

Building quality links to the homepage is recommended as well. This will strengthen your overall domain and help that particular page.

I would also recommend sorting out your internal linking structure and making sure you have a lot of your internal links pointing to that page with the anchor text you're gunning for.

After that make a list of all the internal links i.e. superamazingdeals.com/car-deals has a link pointing to the page.. build links to this page with your desired anchor text (i.e. car deals) but also build a few external links with the phrase car insurance..

This last bit can be quite effective if done well, especially if you link relevant pages together.

When it comes to building deeplinks article directories work quite well.. most free directories wont allow you to do it but here is a list of a few thousand directories that do allow - http://www.directorycritic.com/deep-links-directory-list.html (not all are free btw)
 
If you want to get it for a page you have to do it seperately...
