Recording a Skype conversation

Hello,

Does anyone know the best software for recording Skype conversations? I need to record the feed, preferable not the image on the screen, from both parties, then be able to send that content to someone else to edit, via something like dropbox.

I will pay for the software, the price is not an issue, the important aspects are the ease of use and quality.

Any help is appreciated.

There's one called "Skype Recorder" too, was useful for a few years.

Do you not have to notify the other party that you're recording them?

Not sure if this question is for me but, the other side knows they are being recorded. Someone actually gave me a solution whereby both sides have to record their own end individually, but that is too many moving parts.
