Joomla Error Code - Error: 500 SQL=SELECT ct.type_id

My site worked fine for a month and then out of nowhere I cannot open up any plugin to make changes from within the Administration page. This is the error that I get when I view source as the page just goes blank. Also, I do not see any errors in the raw logs at Hostgator.

Error: 500 SQL=SELECT ct.type_id
FROM `qosnz_content_types` AS `ct`
WHERE `ct`.`type_alias` = 'com_plugins.plugin

I did a complete restore to before when the error occurred using a cPanel backup. I have also restored three or four SQL backups and the site still gives me the same error. I have tried replacing the .htaccess file, checking file permissions, etc. Still no luck. Has anyone else ran into this? I spend two hours reading through Google for this issue and have hit a brick wall. I will continue searching today, but thought some of the experts might have an answer.

What is your version of Joomla? Did you install any plugin lately? Try upgrading/re-installing the extensions to their latest version. This should solve the issue. Add me skype if you want me to have a look at your backend

Thanks I accepted your contact on Skype. Currently I am restoring a different backup to see if this works. If not, I might take you up on looking at the back end of my Joomla install.
