Does anyone know why I got this message and still can't join groups? See scnshot

Just curious because I don't understand this message. The message says restricted from joining and posting but the end date has pass and still I can't join or post.
Is this a permanent restriction? Weird thing is that this message looks different from the other one that has a end date that included time/date countdown.

it's just a log of your ban, it says on the screen shot the ban has ended try to post in a group it should work

the message in the screenshot is from your facebook log, it says the ban has ended
