Yes, Amazon and Adsense keywords are the same price. I do agree some keywords are not akin to Amazon or Adsense, but when someone searches for something THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE - It's up to you to decide how you monetize the keywords. Assuming you have no other requirements other than it being an amazon orientated keyword the price is $13.

If you have any samples related to local businesses I would be very interested to see them.

Used quite a few other keyword research services in the past, its always best to see other points of view on which keywords stand out. They didn't have over 40 different metrics they were analysing though!
