I saw your message in the Dashboard about the retweets coming back to speed within the next 12 hours.
Is there any way get an order I placed on 07-10-14 moved to the top of the queue?

Also an order for 1000 YouTube views on 07-08-14 still hasn't completed.
Can you help me out?
Customers starting to jump ship.

All orders have the same Priority in system.

Speed for yt already increased just wait, if you will not gett your views, just ask for refund

My other supplier is messed up, the twitter followers drop rapidly so I am looking for a new erm supplier and I only have to deposit $10 with you rather than $25 and upwards ^_^

I was trying to order another 500 to try and jump start the views, but I can't order until this order is completed.
We are at day 6 with 600 views.
I have newer orders that are clearing.
Can you come up with a solution for this?

I'm baffled.
As far as I can tell, Retweets and YouTube views are virtually at a crawl, nothing is happening.
I placed an order 5 days ago for 10000 retweets, yesterday we were at around 5000, now this morning I see the order has been refunded.
I guess I need to cancel the YouTube views order that I placed almost a week ago, since it appears to be dead in the water.

Thats what i was telling a while ago, create ticket and ask for refund for yt service

Retweet service is working but not fully, so system provided you refunded for not delivered

YT is disabled for maintenance

I have to say...up until recently this Service and setup has been superb and really useful but....and I'm hoping this is only temporary....recently our Services booked don't seem to be running well at all especially with regards to Twitter Followers and Facebook Subscribers. I've had two colleagues with issues over YouTube Views as well but to be fair this has happened on two other panels as well.

Sooooo six million dollar question here? Are things under hand here i.e being sorted and repaired or should we all be looking elsewhere? I'm hoping that matters get resolved as the user panel here is terrific and obviously a lot of effort has gone into getting this set up the way it used to be?

Right now only YT views are delayed
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,Vine, SoundCloud and etc working fine

And you have delayed other orders, just create ticket here http://support.smmhouse.com
And some times people are setting Private settings(not good)
ALSO there are SYS Messages in Dashboard About Status of EACH service.
