I use to sell and buy on Ebay every time and such scammer kids drive me nuts. I've never reported a fraudster to police yet, but if I bought his laptop - I'd surely do it and watch him burn.

@W130SN, that's awesome I hope someone who takes action sees this and reports him to eBay or somewhere. Or let's do it ourselves, gonna look into it.

Ebay have changed it so sellers can't leave negative feedback to buyers who don't pay. So you have to choose positive to leave a message on their profile

You will find that the Police's attitude to such matters is slowly changing.
There is better co-operation and communication between law enforcement agencies in all countries.

Police can hardly do anything about online scams, they'll take down the information you give them create a report and that's about it.
