Your Opinion on Cheap Private Proxies

Where is the best place to get private proxies in bulk for cheap in your opinion? Looking to get 500-1000 and willing to share and pay someone to use their set as well. Any recommendations?

It really depends on your specifications. If you just need some raw IPs, and sequence and speed doesn't matter so much, then you can get them fairly cheap. If you're not limited to any specific country, and the speed isn't a big issue, then that opens more places. Almost anywhere can meet the quantity, but your specifications on the quality will determine how much you'll pay.
