So ... I've ordered on the 29th of june and told him the 3 concepts I wanted. One being more important than the other 2.
He came back saying he would have the concepts within 48 hours.

4 days later he came back. I didn't really care about the extra delay. However he only came back with 2 concepts and the most important one to me was missing. So I've asked for it. It took him 2 extra days to come back with a logo of very poor quality. Something I could have done myself if I wanted. Poor font, poor execution.

So I've asked for a refund seeing that it wouldn't work out. Bad quality and wrong expectations set. However he insisted to work on the logo and come back to me with a better version. Again he gave me his 48h delay. I've told him I would only wait 48 hours and then request a refund on PP.

4 days later ... Today ... Still no news.

So if you are looking for a logo my opinion would be to pay the extra few dollars and work with someone more professional. Very bad experience here and a waste of my time (3 weeks for a logo...).

The service provider has agreed to refund me.

Happy with my 2 orders. Modifications made mostly quickly and exactly how I asked.

Got a small delay on the 2nd order's modification but overall, im very satisfied with the service and the product.
