is there a way to scrape tweets?

I was just wondering if you guys had a specific program you use.

I built my own auto tweeter that grabs tweets from an sqlite database using the twitter api because I wanted specific customization. Now I just need to build that database up with good tweets. I would rather not rebuild the wheel so that is why I am asking.

yes there are many bots, do a quick search for twitter bots on google. You can find good bots for under $50
