Got this on one of my blogs :

This blog will be deleted within 20 days unless you request a review.



It containes translated articles from my native language , i used google translate.

This is an automatic flag, a human agent hasn't flagged this... yet, if you're sure there's no spam on it then submit it for review as the button says. I get flagged for spam all the time simply for posting a lot of posts fast in a short time space.
