Hi IB, had a Skype chat with someone but unfortunately it was not very reassuring and not heard back from them either. I'd appreciate if I could have a chat with someone just to clear a few concerns and if someone could share actual (live) sample links to the social media profiles that you manage (rather than cropped screenshots) that would also be helpful. I really want to get this started so a quick response would be great. Thank you.

I hate being a pain - but we have still not managed to agree on the content - days go past with nothing happening. I hope that you understand that if we can't get social posts going by this weekend I will have to cancel the two accounts as I am running the risk of losing the client.
If there is an issue with finding a native English speaking person that can create the content for the two accounts please let me know. I can go and hire people on oDesk over the weekend so we can get this moving. Really need this sorted aspa please.

Well, really don't know what else to do. I keep waiting, I keep contacting your support staff on Skype, I am even posting here - still, nothing. This has been a real disappointing experience so far. You (or your team) seem to refuse to produce content that is written by a native English speaking person - although we have discussed this before I have purchased your service and you personally gave me your word that this would not be an issue. Seems like you are not going to make good on your promise.
If you are unable to deliver a service that you promise you should have the decency to communicate any issues or problems - or at the very least stop offering your service until you have sorted out your issues! Having paid $660 I feel I deserve an expalnation of what issues or problems you are facing and what you are doing about it. Not to mention that you make me look like a fool in front of the client this service is supposed to be for.....

I asked them to only manage my Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and slideshare accounts. Here are the results.
Facebook:
My Facebook page had ~900 likes at the time of starting the campaign. Now it has over 1400 likes.
Twitter:
Twitter account had ~1000 followers prior to using this service. There were no tweets or any other activity on the account except the bloated follower count. Here's what it looks like right now:
Pinterest:
I didn't even have a Pinterest account at that time. Created on AFTER Sumit offered me a review copy. Here's what the stats look like after they've finished:
Slideshare:
Same as with pinterest, I didn't have a slideshare account when we started. It looks like this right now:
I won't go about telling you how great the service is. Those screenshots above are worth a thousand words.

This is my long overdue review of MongooseSocial.
After some initial concern about handing over my account logins the guys went to work.
All I can say is the quality of the pins, posts, videos, page template and tweets were way beyond expectation.
MongooseSocial organised what was a relatively mish/mash business profile into a complete corporate profile.
Not only did they make my business look out of this world, they bought me traffic, they bought me inquiries and they networked me with people who want to do business with me.
I had a few little niggles due to posts being made on groups that I am a member of but have no relation to my business
however communications were infallible and those issues were swiftly dealt with.
In all if you want a complete "top quality" Social Media package for less than half the price it would cost to outsource individually and giving you time to get on with building your business you can't go wrong with these guys.
