I have registered a domain using this offer about a week ago, but it is still on "pending" condition. Anyone knows why is this happening?

Really? Lucky you. Normally you shouldn't be able to transfer a domain that's less than 60 days old. If they allow transfers for newly registered domains, they're not playing by the rules.

Yea, you can transfer the domains to any hosting. I just transferred my domains to godaddy hosting. And yes it accepts paypal.

You can get any domain extension for free.

He didn't say that he transferred to a new owner. He said he transferred to hosting. Transferring to hosting takes seconds just by changing the dns. There is nothing unethical about it. I do it all the time with lots of hosts.
