I believe they allow them in emails as long as your getting the leads in a way thats not against their TOS. I never worry about that as I always redirect links through my own sites or domains.

Do you have to link the user to your website with the affiliate link, or can you just directly email the link to them?
I only ask incase ebay doesn't allow emailing.

The problem with this is, that it just does not convert. I got more than 100 visits to my ad within a couple of hours, but not even one click to my epn affiliate link I sent out in the reply email.

They will most likely call but it wont necessarily keep you from being accepted as long as you have a well set up site. Of course It will help you in being accepted if you talk to them in a professional manner and have an idea of what your answers will be to the usual questions.

Looks good, but one question about this, will they give me a call from ebay? (In step two they are asking me for my mobile phone and asking when is best time to call. I'm not a native speaker and i dont really want some ebay dude to call me .)

Your Welcome. Yes you can then sell all of ebays items included in the program and it doesn't matter what category your site is. If they see that your sending traffic in a way that violates there TOS they will care but they won't necessarily care just because the traffic isn't coming from your website. Redirects are a way around this.

I have two questions also :
1) Once we have validate account, can we sell any type of product, or it's limited only to the category of the website we submitted ?
2) Does Ebay will see if we send people not from the website we submitted... or they don't care at all ?

I think most of making money online really is that simple, of course I do realize that its easier for me to say that now since I have known and worked the formula for yrs. You need to learn all you can, be prepared for a lot of trial and error and tweaking, and then scaling what works. It also helps if your creative and can build upon the methods that you learn and not just copy and paste exact techniques.

I wonder if we can make money with those easy steps . i dont think that it will be as this simple

I would have set the blog up to look like a site that is currently selling physical products, well that it at least looks like it is.

I just applied for the eBay Partner Network. I have a simple personal blog, a blogspot one from Google. I have only 1 reader - me! Actually, I have two other followers who are my friends but they rarely ever read my posts. I hope to get accepted and repeat the steps provided above.

I tried this method long time ago with amazon, got clicks but then amazon banned me. I've promoted items for sell on craiglist then when replied to all mails I've just made a blog where people clicked the link to go to amazon.. I don't know if this still work with eBay and can ban me

like OP said try your own method. I tried this some time ago, got accepted into eBay just giving a blog which wasn't mine. But now sure won't work. Make a new blog and add some good articles, must be yours, get traffic with link exchange, addme fast everything, find your own ways, you'll get more changes to get accepted to eBay network. If won't work, start again with new methods.
