Needs PM from OP since i have not posted 15 posts. Im a Foreign dude that created an US paypal.need the following:
Photo ID
Proof of Address To confirm your address
Provide Proof Of SSN Provide documentation that shows your Social Security number
(could an argentinian passport could make the trick here saying i am in process of migration?)
Provide more information about payments (i transfer money to myself something and was on the same IP) This could be redundant
