1. First sentence in article, 2. Folder(same file as article), Filename etc ???.. What to choose ?

Check the folder where CM saves the articles. And check if they have titles in the name of the folder. If they do, select the filename of the article.

You may need VPN if you find yourself getting banned by Google.

This will only happen if you run other SEO Tools that do not respect Google.
