Doesn't matter whether PPI or PPD.
I don't care about PPI videos whether they get deleted or stay.If deleted, upload more
I don't know about permanent ranking.
I do 301 views method.
Unlisted method works for me.
@Blackmint you pump 301 views by refreshing page, it d be great if u could tell me how you doing these views

1. It uses httpwebrequest to get views, so less bandwidth used.

how many vids per acc you upload and about unlisted method; i need to make video public exactly after 24h or can i do it after like 26-28 h ??

I have more than 60 videos per account.
Don't know about the time frame whether 24 hours or 48 hours.
As soon as you reach 301 views you can make it public
