It would be quite Expensive though if you buy n flip it...
but still depends, It should have G Adsense working on it and Not penalized...

I scrapped my resources using Xenu and found this expired domain. I have checked all the thing, It doesn't have spammy link profile since, its about a service and not a commercial site .

They often get snap up at around 300-500 Depend on PR, and how many people knew it.

I once get a similar stat of PR 5 at only 250 US.
Not much people knew, after doing a site:domain.com check, i found that inner page are PR 2,3,4.
Awesome stuff.

I'm quite surprised that they go for 300-500! Maybe I should be selling some of mine instead of using them for my PBN!

They are not expired domain, they are of aged.
Some is 6, some is 12. It's depend. Usually is above 5 years old.
A dropped domain lose many of it's value.

I bought a PR 3, TF 15, DA 30 for only $50.

It's depend on the seller also.
